Venue: Face-to-face at the Holiday Inn, Egerton Rd, Guildford GU2 7XZ or a Zoom Virtual Meeting
Please find below details of the programme for 2025. The meeting format will also provide plenty of opportunity to meet and chat with other people, to share your experiences and find solutions. Patients, carers, friends and family members are all welcome.
**Parking is free**
Please register your vehicle number plate using the QR code in the room or at reception, do not pay at ticket machines.
Where possible, members of the team from RSCH will be on hand to answer any questions you may have.
