Take On London’s Most Iconic Half Marathon

Taking place on Sunday 4th April 2027, the London Landmarks Half Marathon is one of the UK’s most exciting running events, taking thousands of runners through the heart of the capital past iconic sights including Big Ben, St Paul’s Cathedral, the London Eye and Tower Bridge. With closed roads, incredible crowd support and a route packed with history and atmosphere, it’s much more than just 13.1 miles.

By joining Team OPA Cancer Charity in this challenge, every mile you run will help fund vital support and awareness for people impacted by oesophageal and gastric cancers.
